Support for Life’s Challenges, Meaningful Change, and Healthier Relationships
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. Everyone deserves a safe space to talk, reflect, and grow — and Jessica Keeler, LMFTA, is here to help children, teens, adults, couples, and families strengthen relationships and navigate life’s challenges.
Jessica brings specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy and experience serving diverse populations across Washington State. Her clinical work centers on understanding each person’s lived experiences, relationships, and support systems. She works with clients to strengthen communication, navigate life transitions, and address concerns such as stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

What to Expect in Therapy
Starting therapy can feel uncertain. Jessica works to create a calm, respectful environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Early sessions focus on learning about you — your experiences, relationships, current challenges, and goals for change.
Together, you will identify priorities and explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being or relationships. Jessica helps clients develop practical tools for managing stress, improving communication, and building emotional resilience. Sessions may include guided reflection, skill-building strategies, and conversations that deepen insight and strengthen connection.
Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. You are supported in defining what progress looks like for you.
Jessica also welcomes conversations about cultural values, family traditions, and community influences that shape each person’s experience.
