Jessica Keeler, LMFTA

Jessica Keeler, LMFTA (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate providing therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

She earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in 2023. Jessica completed her clinical internship at Kwawachee Counseling Center and later served as a therapist with the Puyallup Tribe. She is honored to now support individuals and families in Okanogan County and surrounding communities.

Jessica takes a person-centered, community-focused approach to therapy. She works to understand each client’s lived experiences, relationships, and life circumstances. Her goal is to help people strengthen connection, improve communication, and move toward meaningful change.

She draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Jessica believes clients already have the capacity for healing and growth. She supports that process by encouraging mindfulness, insight, and practical strategies for everyday life. She also respects and welcomes traditional health and wellness practices that are important within each client’s cultural background.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, cooking, baking, and playing video games. She values connection with her partner, her community, and her role as a proud cat mom.
