We’re taking healthcare on the road to make it easier for people in our communities to access care closer to home.
Our team is currently developing the mobile clinic program, including the services we’ll offer, the communities we’ll visit, and the locations and schedule for each stop.

Living in a rural community can sometimes mean traveling long distances to access healthcare. The Three Rivers Mobile Clinic will allow us to bring select healthcare services directly into the communities we serve.
The mobile clinic is designed to give our team a flexible space to provide care outside our traditional clinic setting and reach more people throughout our region.
We’re still developing the program, and your input will help us decide where the mobile clinic goes and what services would be most useful to your community.

What can you expect inside?
The Three Rivers Mobile Clinic is a purpose-built medical space designed to support patient care outside our traditional clinic setting.
The unit includes:
- Patient exam spaces
- Lab/work areas
- Check-in space
- A patient lift
- Restroom facilities
- Built-in clinical cabinetry and work surfaces
The unit was previously operated by East Adams Rural Healthcare before becoming part of Three Rivers Hospital’s efforts to bring healthcare closer to the communities we serve.
Meet the Three Rivers Mobile Clinic
Our mobile clinic is a 2022 Freightliner Custom Mobile Medical Clinic that has been adapted for Three Rivers’ community outreach program.
The vehicle is receiving a new Three Rivers Hospital wrap featuring the Three Rivers Mobile Clinic / Clínica Móvil name and our R.E.A.C.H. message.
The project was funded through this year’s Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) grant, helping Three Rivers Hospital expand access to healthcare throughout our rural service area.
