At Three Rivers Family Medicine, we understand that illness or injury doesn’t always happen when an appointment is available. That’s why we offer same-day appointments when possible, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 415 Hospital Way in Brewster.
Our clinic is here for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, helping patients receive timely treatment without unnecessary delays. Next door at Three Rivers Hospital, our Emergency Room is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent and life-threatening medical needs.
We also offer on-site Laboratory and Radiology (X-ray) services, making your visit as efficient as possible. Instead of traveling to multiple locations, you can coordinate your urgent care and follow-up services in one place at Three Rivers Family Medicine.

When Should I Choose Urgent Care or the Emergency Room?
Urgent Care may be appropriate for:

Minor illnesses or infections

Sprains, strains, or minor injuries

Cold, flu, or fever symptoms

Minor cuts or burns
Emergency Room care is recommended for:

Chest pain or difficulty breathing

Signs of stroke (sudden weakness, confusion, slurred speech)

Severe injuries or uncontrolled bleeding

Any life-threatening symptoms
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the Emergency Room immediately.
