From well child check-ups and women’s health screenings to Medicare annual exams and all your family’s health needs in between, Three Rivers Family Medicine is happy to care for you.
Our skilled and friendly providers include Amy Ellingson, M.D., Roy Huffstetler, PA-C, and Amanda Segars-Huffstetler, PA-C.
Dr. Ellingson brings with her more than 18 years of primary care experience, serving North Central Washington residents. She speaks Spanish fluently and specializes in disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and women’s health. Roy Huffstetler has been a Certified Physician Assistant for over 17 years, with 10 of them being in south Okanogan County. Amanda Segars-Huffstetler brings nearly 20 years of PA-C experience to Three Rivers, with about 13 of them so far in the Brewster area. Roy and Amanda also speak Spanish.

We offer a caring nursing staff, clean and modern exam rooms, a quiet waiting room, and language interpretive services.
We have Laboratory and Radiology (X-ray) services available on site through Three Rivers Hospital so your trip to the doctor can be as efficient as possible. No more going to see your primary care provider and then having to drive somewhere else for further testing. You have three options for assistance!
- Call and leave a message in your preferred language at Molina’s quality team voicemail at 866-325-5173, OR
- Ask our front desk staff for the Molina representative’s phone number for one-on-one assistance in English or Spanish, OR
- Ask our front desk staff for a hard copy of the form that you can complete while you’re in the clinic, and we’ll take care of sending it in for you.
How many rewards will be accepted per year?
Molina will accept one (1) of each qualifying reward per calendar year, up to a max of $200 per individual (as per Health Care Authority guidelines).
Does this program include sports physicals?
Molina will cover sports physicals when they are combined in the same encounter as a well child check-up.
Standalone sport physicals are currently not covered.
