Roy Huffstetler, PA-C
Roy joined the Three Rivers Family Medicine team in March 2023, bringing with him over a decade of experience in primary care in South Okanogan County and more than 17 years as a Physician Assistant.
Inspired by his early roles as a lifeguard and EMT-B, Roy pursued a career in medicine and earned his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2005. His deep passion for patient care is rooted in the long-standing relationships he’s built over the years.
“For a lot of my families, I’ve helped to care for three generations,” he says. “It’s so rewarding for me.”
Roy treats patients of all ages, but he especially enjoys pediatrics. His favorite aspects of care include well-child checks, sports physicals, and minor office procedures such as toenail removal and suturing.
Outside of the clinic, Roy spends time with his wife, Mandi, and their three teenage boys. They enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, camping, swimming, and floating the river. In the winter months, the family hits the slopes at Loup Loup Ski Bowl, where Roy has served as a volunteer Ski Patrol member for over 10 years.
Roy sees patients every Tuesday through Friday at Three Rivers Family Medicine. Same-day appointments may be available.
